Desert Mountain projects begin with an on-site walk-through — not a pitch. We listen, walk the lot, and take the time to understand how the household actually uses the property. From there, we produce a written scope and a phased plan. Where work requires community approval, we handle the documentation.
Construction runs with one foreman, one point of contact, and a single pass at finish. When the build is complete, maintenance hands off to the same standard — and with the same crew who knows the property. No quality drop-off. No stranger showing up on the driveway six months later.
