Estate Landscape Design
Full-property master planning for multi-acre lots. Pool surrounds, guest casitas, circulation, privacy planting, and view preservation for Camelback, Mummy, and Praying Monk corridors.
A boutique landscape studio for Paradise Valley compounds. Custom design, travertine and paver hardscape, resort-style backyards, and Discreet Mode quiet maintenance — built to the standards PV properties are known for.
Paradise Valley is not a neighborhood — it is a town of roughly 13,000 residents with some of the largest private lots in the Valley. Multi-acre compounds, horse properties, walled estates tucked into the base of Camelback and Mummy Mountain — the scale of this work is different, and so is the pace at which it has to be executed.
We have worked inside PV for over a decade. The crews know the town's conditions: long driveways that need staging plans, guard gates, neighbors who hear everything, and view easements that determine where a ramada can and cannot go. Every project we run here is scoped and sequenced so the property stays livable the entire time we are on it.

Travertine, paver, porcelain, and natural stone patios, pool decks, driveways, and walkways. Retaining walls, seat walls, and courtyards built to last decades — and to read as original to the architecture.
Outdoor kitchens, fire features, ramadas, pergolas, putting greens, and pool-deck integration. Designed so the yard reads as a continuation of the home, not an add-on.
Zone-by-zone design for large lots with varied sun exposure. Smart controllers with weather-based scheduling, drip systems for desert-adapted plantings, and seasonal tuning.
Low-voltage lighting tuned to architectural features, specimen trees, and pathways. Fixtures selected to compliment the home's palette — bronze, iron, copper, or painted steel.
Weekly or bi-weekly care with the same crew, same day. Pruning, seasonal color rotations, irrigation checks, pressure washing, and everything in between — kept to the standard the project was installed at.
Paradise Valley residents value privacy and quiet. Gas crews with blowers, trimmers, and idling trucks pulling up at dawn is not what this town signed up for. That is why we built Discreet Mode — our signature quiet-service tier.
Discreet Mode is available for all weekly maintenance clients in Paradise Valley and the Camelback Corridor.
PV projects start with an on-site walk-through — not a sales pitch. We listen more than we talk. From there, we produce a written scope and a phased build plan so the property remains usable through installation. On larger projects, we sequence the work so pools, hosting areas, and primary outdoor spaces come online first, with finish phases following.
Construction runs with one foreman, one point of contact, and a single pass at finish. When the build is done, our maintenance crew takes over to the same standards. There is no quality drop-off at handoff — the same company that built it is the one keeping it up.
We've been customers of Nature Formed for 13 years and couldn't be happier. The crew always know exactly what needs to be done and do it exceptionally well.
Nature Formed installed new landscaping for me three years ago and did a beautiful job. Since then, they've become my go-to team — handling everything from regular maintenance to a full backyard remodel.
On time, very detailed, courteous and professional.
